At Blu-Star Air Conditioners, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our returns and refund policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

  1. Duration of Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.

Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, intimate. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

  1. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, send us an email at

  1. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the return value will be issued upon receiving the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  1. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
